On the water's edge at Hobsonville Point, construction of Winton’s lux apartments, Jimmy’s Point, is moving at speed for completion in mid-2024.
A masterclass in sophistication and effortless design, the 30 waterfront apartments are taking shape. The crane has moved offsite with the roof now on and windows installed up to level three. Installation of the stunning terracotta cladding is underway and will create a cohesive link to the roof tiles on the neighbouring original officer houses that front the Launch Bay community.
Internally, much of the internal framing has been completed, and the remaining will be completed within a few weeks. The initial services, including cabling and pipework, are completed on the lower floor and will progress just behind the framing.
Designed by Winton in collaboration with Isthmus, every detail has been meticulously chosen to create a fresh and relaxing waterside atmosphere. A neutral palette, paired with clean lines, open spaces, and warm textures, embodies a refined sense of calm. Starting with the terracotta cladding, the next few months leading up to completion will be filled with visual validation of the serene vision coming to life.
While there is much to do, we can’t wait to share this high-end project with future residents in 2024.
